We read everything and usually reply within three working days. We cannot help with a dispute against a specific operator, but we can point you to the right place.
Before you write
- We are not a competition operator, so we cannot check your tickets, entries or prizes. Please contact the site you entered.
- For a problem with an operator, start with their complaints process, then your card issuer, then the Citizens Advice consumer helpline.
- To report a suspected scam, use Action Fraud or Police Scotland. Our scams guide lists the details.
FnF Competitions is an independent information guide. We do not run competitions, sell tickets or draw winners, and we are not connected to any business that previously traded under this name.
